In-app analytics and badges are already available
Internal dashboards and gamification: look what we've added with the last release.
We continually strive to enhance the experience for clients and end-users. If with chats' UX, everything is obvious, partners’ expertise is crucial as well. Thus, for us, it’s essential to make the back office as convenient as possible, and we are developing it while keeping all potential wishes and needs in mind.
Our latest release (22.2.24) includes several tuning enhancements and two key features for partners and their end-users.
Analytics
We’ve added analytic tools to the admin panel. Therefore, our partners no longer need to rely on external services to find all required metrics, including DAU, MAU, messages sent to a chat, and others. All of them are already gathered together and available for exploration and use.

Badges
Since our last release, you can provide and update users’ badges at any time, and these badges can be different for user groups or even for every user. You just need to form a list of users and name their badges (their titles can be different and may contain any symbols, including emojis), and then upload it to the special section. When it is ready, users get their badges, and believe us, they like it. You can update this list at any time to refresh achievements or change the badges themselves.
