Live streaming and AI bots: share exciting new features we launched in October

<h2>Live Streaming Tools</h2>Even a month ago, you could use video in our chat only by redirecting video streams from other platforms; now, you can provide a live stream directly into chats, directing RTMP stream through OBS. Their video stream will be transmitted to the chat on your platform. You won’t lose your audience on Twitch, Discord, or Facebook Video because everything they need will be gathered on your platform exclusively.However, redirecting video streams is also possible if you got used to having such events on Kick or Facebook; you can easily embed this video into your in-app chats and gather maximum engagement there.<h2>Easy AI bots integration</h2>Do you have an AI bot, or are you developing one right now? You can add them to your community chats! It’s the best way to keep users busy and engaged and provide all the information they need. You can add any bots you wish via API and activate them at any time.&nbsp;<h2>Small adjustments</h2>There are many more options for a period of a ban: there are seven options now!The user counter works more precisely than ever.If users share their bet with a violent comment, the moderation system hides only the text, but the bet stays in a chat.Nickname block list: You can add words and phrases you would like to restrict users from adding to nicknames. Users will be able to text these words in messages but not in their names.Masking crypto wallet numbers: We used to mask only regular bank accounts and phone numbers, now crypto wallets.

We continually strive to enhance the experience for clients and end-users. If with chats' UX, everything is obvious, partners’ expertise is crucial as well. Thus, for us, it’s essential to make the back office as convenient as possible, and we are developing it while keeping all potential wishes and needs in mind.&nbsp;Our latest release (22.2.24) includes several tuning enhancements and two key features for partners and their end-users.&nbsp;<h2>Analytics&nbsp;</h2>We’ve added analytic tools to the admin panel. Therefore, our partners no longer need to rely on external services to find all required metrics, including DAU, MAU, messages sent to a chat, and others. You just need to form a list of users and name their badges (their titles can be different and may contain any symbols, including emojis), and then upload it to the special section. When it is ready, users get their badges, and believe us, they like it. You can also choose any controls and components shown on a chat. You don't need to use developers or ask us to change something. Just turn on or off a user counter, tools for changing avatars, an exit button, etc. You can even provide an A/B test showing these elements without any additional resources.<h2>One step to add a new language</h2>If your app is localized to a new language, it is now easy to turn on this language for your chat interface. Just to be sure, we have it in our language library. If we do, you can add it through the admin panel, update chat rules and greeting messages for this new language, and voila! Your users don't see any distractions during their journey.---We never stop developing and improving our solution to help you build communities around content. Fast and easy customisation, and effective support for chat users

For us, it’s crucial to improve user experience and to help our partners to become love brands. Not everything in this improving process connects not only with the users’ interface but also with the service on the partners’ side.So, in the last Release (11.8.23), we added tools for partners to set chats and their service, customise service on the partner’s side, and try different options for visualisation of chats. We also added an internal system to set support for chat users. We also started providing AI moderation based on ML models.<h3>Customisation tools</h3>The latest Release covers visual customisation. Our partners can now customise chats through the admin panel with the help of Figma. It’s an easy process that any designer can do. Our partners can find the tutorial <a style="background-color:transparent;color:rgb(74, 110, 224);" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://docs.watchers.io/docs/customisation-of-the-service#/">here</a>.Partners can also set constituent elements for chats on their side, allowing them to react to feedback and chat results much faster. For example, it’s possible to show or hide a user counter, chat rules before an entry to the chat, a profile settings button, and other additional elements. Partners can also add new reactions to messages, change a preloader, and upload new animated reactions, so they can easily keep chats up to date.<h3>Support section</h3>The admin panel has a new section, Technical Support Requests.&nbsp;Usually, users don’t like to write letters to a support email. If they go to a support chat, it means they are on the edge, and their experience was crushed. But the first step in facing a tech issue is sharing with other users: “It doesn’t work,” “Is this only my problem?” “Guys, girls, who have the same issue?”To help partners get these early signals and solve issues in the first steps, we added the opportunity for moderators to send messages of this type directly to the support.
